Farmers Insurance – Customer Service/Insurance Agent
Due to growth, Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a Customer Service/Insurance Agent in Hayward, WI!
Part time or Full Time position available. Competitive pay based on experience with flexible hours. Insurance Sales experience and licensing preferred, but not required. Will provide licensing training assistance.
Job Purpose:
Serving customers by explaining products and services; setting appointments, obtaining and recording customer information; preparing documents, performing general office operations.
Duties:
* Answering phone inquiries; explaining products, services, and passing information along to Agent.
* Opens customer accounts by obtaining and verifying required information; inputting information into customer account database.
* Completes transactions by obtaining signatures; receiving and depositing funds; preparing documents.
* Able to multi-task and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
