The Placement Coordinator will have two main objectives during the limited term employment. The first is to develop a job bank for LCOOC graduates and alumni to assist with the job placement rate of College graduates. The second is to work with local area employers to develop more internships, with a focus on remote work opportunities. The Placement Coordinator will develop relationships with local, regional, state, and national job prospects with the purpose of developing an internship to career pathways that will connect students to long term careers. The Placement Coordinator will leverage LCOOC’s current regional and national relationships as a starting point in securing pathways to careers. The Placement Office will bring together the layers of educational support and what LCOOC offers including certificates, associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, continuing education, customized training, and community education.

This position is responsible for various accounting functions with an emphasis on payroll.  Maintains all records relative to payroll, files tax reports, and processes voluntary/involuntary deduction reports.  Deposits payroll deductions and employer taxes by the required deadlines.  Prepares accounting transactions and documents.  Creates new GL account numbers.  Documents and updates procedures.  Prepares special reports for management.  Timely reconciles cash applications and disbursements.  Monitors cash transactions.  Prepares and processes cash transfer requests. The Executive Director provides overall executive leadership of the affiliate and ReStore in accordance with the direction, policies, and objectives set by Habitat for Humanity International and the Habitat for Humanity of Sawyer County Board of Directors.
