Summary/Objective
This person must be able to work safely and efficiently in all environments. This person must work with other employees regardless of their experience or skill level with a positive attitude. This person must have a thorough knowledge of wells, septic systems, equipment operations and maintenance. This person must have respect for the company equipment and tooling. This position demands patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude and outcome. This person will efficiently undertake a variety of tasks ranging but not limited to the following:

  •  Driving & Operating Septage Pumping Truck & vacuum equipment
  • Loading, securing and transporting heavy equipment to and from job sites.
  • Operating augers, snakes and steamers for plumbing and septic repairs
  • Operating snow/ frost removal equipment for system installations
  • Daily inspections of equipment and routine maintenance
  • Accept and execute all work orders received from supervisor with positive attitude and results

Essential Functions

  • Operating all septic pumping equipment
  • Locate and identify issues with Sanitary Systems
  • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, water lines etc.

*Seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join their team. The cleaner is responsible for preparing and maintaining vacation rental properties to company standards between guest stays. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy flexible scheduling, and value being part of a supportive, growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Clean and prepare rental properties

-Change and launder linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies.

-Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and basic cleaning of outdoor spaces (decks, patios, grills, etc.)

-Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to management promptly.

-Ensure all properties are guest-ready and meet cleanliness expectations before check-in.

 

Qualifications

-Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred

-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Property Management of Hayward  – Maintenance/Construction Lead

*Seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance/Construction Lead to oversee and perform exterior construction and property improvement projects across our portfolio of short-term vacation rental properties. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills in exterior work, and the ability to manage small crews while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in exterior renovations, property maintenancee, light construction, and job site coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, visualy appealing, and guest-ready year-round.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

-Perform and lead exterior projects including:

  • Deck repairs and rebuilds
  • Siding repair and replacement
  • Exterior trim and fascia work
  • Minor roofing repairs
  • Window and door installation

-Conduct exterior inspections and identify repair needs

-Complete preventative maintenance

-Project Leadership:

  • Lead small crews and assign daily tasks
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
  • Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
  • Communicate progress updates to management

-Property Maintenance Support

  • Assist with larger exterior repairs across managed properties
  • Support seasonal projects such as winterization and spring readiness
  • Troubleshoot structural or cosmetic issues affecting guest experience

 

Qualifications

-3+ years of hands-on experience in contruction, exterior carpentry, or related field

-Strong knowledge of exterior building systems and materials

-Experience leading small teams or crews

-Ability to read basic project plans and measurements

-Skilled with power tools and construction equipment

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred: 

  • Experience with decking, siding, window/door installation, framing
  • General contractor or trade certification (a plus but not required)
