Customer Support & Provisioning Representative
The Customer Service & Provisioning (CSP) Representative role will assist customers by trouble-shooting level 1 & 2 service issues, service interruptions, and will coordinate with our level 3 support team. This role supports our Customer Network Technicians in the field and assists other departments with service order questions. CSP Representatives provision digital equipment, update databases, and lead by example while providing each customer with the best support experience possible. Work in a fast-paced office environment addressing customers’ needs and processing orders digitally. Some on-call and after-hours support is required. This position will be based out of our Cable, Wisconsin office, but also provides the opportunity to work from home if internet speed and home office setup meet the needs of the position.

Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge and skills that are usually acquired through a post-secondary diploma, an associate or bachelor’s degree or the equivalent training and job experience.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI), with knowledge of Zoho being beneficial but not required.
- You must be enthusiastic and comfortable learning new technology products and services as well as sharing this information with customers.
- Knowledge of technology company rates, procedures, and service offerings preferred.
- Basic understanding of communications and technology terminology, subscriber/community concerns, and changes in regulation and the marketplace, preferred.
