Norvado – Customer Technology Consultant

Job Description: The Customer Technology Consultant role will assist customers by defining the availability of Norvado services. Carry out marketing plans and strategies to increase the use and sale of Norvado services. Respond to customer inquiries on what services will best meet their needs. Interact with customers in person, by phone, email or through chat. Work as part of a team to help customers understand what products and services meet their needs. Work in a fast-paced office environment addressing customers’ needs and processing orders digitally. This position will be based out of our Cable or Phillips, Wisconsin office, but also provides the opportunity to Work from Home if internet speed and home office setup meets the needs of the position.
