Farmers Insurance – Customer Service & Sales Representative
Due to growth, Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a Customer Service/Sales Rep in Hayward, WI!
Part time position available. Competitive pay based on experience. Sales experience and customer service in a professional office setting is preferred. Property and Casualty licenses preferred, but not required. Will provide licensing training assistance to obtain promptly upon hire. Life and Health licensing assistance offered as well, as those licenses are also preferred by the agent.
Serving customers by explaining products and services; setting appointments, obtaining and recording customer information; preparing documents, performing general office operations.
* Answering phone inquiries; explaining products, services, and passing information along to Agent.
* Opens customer accounts by obtaining and verifying required information; inputting information into customer account database.
* Completes transactions by obtaining signatures; receiving and depositing funds; preparing documents.
* Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
* Maintains customer confidence by keeping account information confidential.
* Able to multi-task and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
* Marketing/sales experience would be beneficial, but not required.
