Position Overview
The Hayward Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking an energetic, collaborative leader to serve as its next President & CEO and help shape the future of one of northern Wisconsin’s most active and vibrant business communities. Working in partnership with the Board, the President & CEO turns strategy into action; strengthens member value; ensures sound financial and operational management; leads staff and volunteers; and serves as a visible advocate for the Hayward-area business community, economy, and visitor experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, community-minded professional who thrives on building relationships, leading an organization, supporting local businesses, developing partnerships, and being actively engaged in the community.
Role Expectations
The President & CEO is expected to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, model ethical leadership, and represent HACC professionally.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, with a benefits package that includes paid vacation and wellness time, paid holidays, and a health insurance stipend.
